History
North Cedar Company was founded 5 years ago as a source to deliver high
quality cedar furniture directly from the manufacturer to the consumer.
We started out just offering Adirondack furniture from our friends at
Old Adirondack Company in Upstate New York. Eventually our customers
were demanding more selection, and we expanded by offering high quality
red cedar furniture. Since then we have expanded to offer teak, shorea, and other fine wood furniture.
Northcedar.com has also developed their online web presence by
constantly updating our website with the latest ecommerce technology
making it easy for browsers to find what they are looking for, and
placing orders.
One thing that has always stayed consistent at Northcedar.com is its
dedication to you, the customer. We answer customer emails and calls in
a very timely manner (emails usually in less than 30 minutes), and also
frequently conduct follow-up calls with customers to make sure they are
happy with their furniture. Post-sale customer service is just as
